I checked hostingassured and Total Choice was rated very very very well. I thought... what do I have to loose. So... I signed up for a reseller account, my brother and I are going to split it between us... the sign up said the account would be created in 6 - 12 hours. For that matter, my non-hosting topic questions in the forums have gotten that kind of response from the tech support team, as well as from other members. We've been on both sides of the fence (providing answers and needing answers) - so we know what it's like to resolving an issue. We cannot always be all things to all people, but we do try to at least respond quickly even if we don;t have an answer! Zeitgeist Posted March 5, 2003 Share Posted March 5, 2003 Even though I haven't been around for very long (new user as of erm... well last night =)) I have to say that I have also never been so impressed with a host before. The sense of community in the forums is amazing and at the risk of sounding like a dazed newb the responsiveness of both my new home server and the support staff has been incredible.
