Hi,

 

Due to the great support around here, I havn't needed to use the helpdesk for a while, but now I need to get access to the helpdesk.

 

I registered with the TCH helpdesk on 19 Jan - and I have an email confirming this and telling me what my username is.

 

When I try to log onto the helpdesk I get an error "Sorry, login to the client area has failed as you have specified an invalid username ", but I'm using the name that is on the email from TCH confirming registration - am I going mad <_<

I had a look at that, tried my old SNH username and any others I could think of just in case - but it doesn't seem to like any!!!
