Billing Question

I recently purchased another silver plan and made a mistake in the payment option. Who would I contact to have it corrected??

I responded to the email i got from the sales department, but have yet to hear back from them....

one small problem....

I haven't recieved a cpanel name, password, or server yet so I can't complete the help desk ticket.

It's honestly not that big of a deal. I just haven't recieved a confirmation e-mail that they're checking into it and was wondering if I addressed the problem correctly.

Just wanted to make sure that i'm not being charged twice every month for the next year.
