alex_r
Hi, I'm about to move away from my current provider, who suddenly suspended both my site and email after unexpectedly trying (and failing) to charge my credit card (which they weren't supposed to do anyway), without any warnings prior of after. So the question is - what is the procedure at TCH when client's account is going to expire? Would I get proper notifications BEFORE that time, or AFTER if anything goes wrong with the payment, and would there be a grace period before my site and email (especially email!!!) is shut down? Can I choose whether you will be charging my cc automatically (which I usually don't like) or I have to pay to renew? Thanks, Alex, www.adeptsql.com (currently offline ;-()
TCH-Dick
Credit cards are charged automatically, we notify the customer via e-mail with the address we have on record if a credit card fails billing, normally an accoiunt has to fail several times (more than 4-5 times) before it is disabled.
