Upgradeinstructions tells me this: "If the file config.inc.php exists in the "include" directory, delete it." "If the file install.php exists in the root directory, delete it." "If the file install.php exists in the root directory, delete it." you don't need this file in either location since you already have Coppermine installed. and make sure you backup your albums directory and your config.inc.php file on your site before you start.
