If I set up a forum using the Invision board do I need to verify new members? ( I think that tch's board uses some sort of email verification process.) I have also seen a verification procedure that requires the new member to validate by entering a code seen just above their e signature on a validation link sent to that email address (to keep down the bot spammers)? Are these options included in the Invision forum or are these add ons? Do I need to filter out new members or is it ok to use the forum "as is" and moderate it constantly.
