Samrc Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 After trying out this tutorial maker, I am impressed with the abilities. Easy to use and pleasant interface, this program allows you to capture a series of screen captures (or even moving keystrokes), place text callouts with instructions and produce compact lite flash (with moving cursor) or pdf files of your demonstration. The program is FREE with no adware/spyware, has a detailed manual, and a forum to discuss issues with other users and the maker of the program Satish Kumar. borfast Posted October 18, 2003 Posted October 18, 2003 Looks great, Sam! Nice finding! Now if only they'd have a Linux version... Quote
Samrc Posted October 18, 2003 Author Posted October 18, 2003 Have to give credit where it belongs...I read a recommendation from another CSB user, Cary Thomas for Viewlet Builder. He has a licensed copy and strongly suggested that we try it. But by the time I got around to downloading it for the free trial period, he had posted that he had found another demo building program (Wink) but had not tried it yet so could not recommend it. Well I can. I use pay and free programs and did not expect much from it, but was VERY pleasantly surprised by Wink. At this point, I do not need to pay for Viewlet Builder as I am satisfied with the results of this nice little software. Based on the communication with the builder, I expect even more options to be developed for Wink. -Samantha Quote
