EBrander Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 Friends, I have my domain set up with letsencrypt and I am able to change my URL manually to use https://. I see that in the cpanel under domains that there is an option to force redirect. However, it's greyed out and when I try to select it I get the message something like https redirect is not available because your server does not support it. Is this a setting I have to make within cpanel to support it or is it related to the host my sites are running on? Quote
TCH-Dick Posted February 10, 2021 Posted February 10, 2021 I am sorry that no one has responded to you yet. This is a known issue with cPanel that we are trying to have addressed for some time now. Until then I have manually set the option for each of your domain/subdomains and it is working as intended. NOTE: If you toggle any these options off, you will not be able toggle them back until this is fixed. Quote
