JohnO Posted February 28, 2016 Posted February 28, 2016 I tried to view my blog (Wordpress version 4.4.2) but instead keep getting a page with the message "Error establishing a database connection." Looking at the URL (http://domain-name/blog/), this is appearing on the index page for the blog folder. I went to phpMyAdmin, looked at the wrdp1 database and found the usual bogus/spam users, but not sure what else to look for. I also removed the blog from subdomain status, but that did nothing. When I try to log in to the dashboard I get this message (actual domain name replaced with <domain>): The server can not find the requested page: blog.<domain>.org/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fblog.<domain>.org%2Fwp-admin%2Fupdate-core.php&reauth=1 (port 80) Help please.
