We are currently experiencing network issue on our NOC affecting many of our servers. Our NOC team is working to get this sorted. Please give us some time.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hello Everyone,

I am sorry to have to report such things, however this is the ugly part of this hosting business.

We have been the target of a denial of service attack.

We are working with our upstream providers to isolate and block the attack.

Progess is being made and I will keep the forums updated as we move along.

Network is up just slow at this moment.

This issue has been resolved for the past 30 minutes and things are looking good.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will post any updates here for everyone.

Thank you for your understanding.

All my sites are not responding. Should I open a ticket or wait it out? Thanks for the updates! Nat

*just wanted to add I also can't reach the main TCH site nor the support site. Will wait for updates.

I am on a dedicated hosting server, and it seems to be down or inaccessbile as of 7:43 PM Central time. None of the websites hosted on our dedicated server are accessible. I also cannot reach the TCH support website to open a ticket. Please help!

I'm seeing issues with all of my client sites on TCH (different servers). Most not responding and the ones that are, are slow in response. No FTP or cPanel. Also I can't access TCH Support site either. Let us know if the network issue continues.

We are seeing another wave of attack to our facility. Our entire team is working to mitigate this. Please give us some time while our network admins analyze the network to filter the attack. We will be posting updates here as things progress.

You are welcome :) . Managed to isolate most part of the current attack wave. NOC team is still working on it.

I wanted to personally thank all the clients that have called me and or texted me personally with words of support.

TCH has been in this business for over 15 years and these sort of attacks are the worst part of our job at TCH.

I want to also thank our network admin team for the hard work they have been doing to mitigate this attack.

As Bala said, we are working on getting things under control and doing the very best that we can.

Thank you again for your support and continued business.

One other question: Have you managed to isolate which site(s) are the targets of the DDOS attacks?

I am sorry, but we cannot reveal how the attack is being mitigated on a public forum. We are working this at multiple levels via our onsite network and security admins, upstream provider techs etc using a variety of tools to monitor the traffic and isolate the good ones from the bad.

Are we down again? Because my domain, email, etc are completely inaccessable

Please open a support ticket, we have not been down.
