TCH-Bala Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Are you behind a firewall ? Please try http://cpanel.my-site.com which works on port 80 instead of port 2082. Also see if you are able to browse the site. If it is still a problem please open a help desk ticket (link on my signature and on the top menu) with your domain name, cpanel logins and the IP of your system as given at http://whatismyip.com so that we can check it out in detail.
