sardaukar Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 Hello. I have been experiencing a strange problem with my website talonai*com. Yesterday logged into Cpanel and saw message "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]" in the left frame, below "Monthly bandwith transfer". Relogged - the same. Refreshed several times - the same. Contacted live chat and TCH staff corrected everything, adviced to clear cookies and relog. As always, TCH support corrected everything. Today logged in - the same problem: "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]". When I click on that "fatal error", I got the following code: "not a reference at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DIp/MainIP.pm line 210 Carp::croak('not a reference') called at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.2/i686-linux/Storable.pm line 76 Storable::logcroak('not a reference') called at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.2/i686-linux/Storable.pm line 244 Storable::_store('CODE(0x9a7a074)', undef, '/home/talonai/.cpanel/datastore/all_iplist.db', 0) called at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.2/i686-linux/Storable.pm line 218 Storable::nstore(undef, '/home/talonai/.cpanel/datastore/all_iplist.db') called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DIp/MainIP.pm line 210 Cpanel::DIp::MainIP::getconfiguredips() called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DIp/MainIP.pm line 41 Cpanel::DIp::MainIP::getmainip() called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/DIp.pm line 38 Cpanel::DIp::isdedicatedip(208.76.80.172) called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/ExpVar.pm line 443 Cpanel::ExpVar::hasdedicatedip() called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/StatsBar.pm line 63 Cpanel::StatsBar::api2_stat('rowcounter', 'mainstats', 'display', 'hostingpackage|shorthostname|cpanelversion|theme|apacheversion|p...') called at (eval 81) line 1 eval '$dataref = [Cpanel::StatsBar::api2_stat(%{$rCFG})];' called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Api2/Exec.pm line 84 Cpanel::Api2::Exec::api2_exec('StatsBar', 'stat', 'HASH(0xa9a6560)', 'HASH(0xa9aeeec)') called at cpanel line 607 main::real_cpexectag('<?cp StatsBar::stat(^J[tr class=row-%]^J [td class="stats_lef...') called at cpanel line 3879 main::dotag_finished_headers(0) called at cpanel line 3664 main::cpanel_parseblock('<table width="100%" id="stats_extended" class="truncate-table" c...') called at cpanel line 3612 main::cpanel_parse('GLOB(0xa9ab62c)') called at cpanel line 2491 main::doinclude('/usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x3/branding//extended_statsbar.h...', 0, 1) called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Branding.pm line 49 Cpanel::Branding::Branding_include('extended_statsbar.html') called at (eval 75) line 1 eval 'Cpanel::Branding::Branding_include(@{$argref});' called at cpanel line 1136 main::real_exectag('<?cp StatsBar::stat(^J[tr class=row-%]^J [td class="stats_lef...') called at cpanel line 3876 main::dotag_finished_headers(0) called at cpanel line 3664 main::cpanel_parseblock('<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "...') called at cpanel line 3612 main::cpanel_parse('GLOB(0x9cd1958)') called at cpanel line 2491 main::doinclude('/usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x3/branding//index.html', 0, 1) called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Branding.pm line 49 Cpanel::Branding::Branding_include('index.html') called at (eval 5) line 1 eval 'Cpanel::Branding::Branding_include(@{$argref});' called at cpanel line 1136 main::real_exectag('<?cp StatsBar::stat(^J[tr class=row-%]^J [td class="stats_lef...') called at cpanel line 3876 main::dotag_finished_headers(0) called at cpanel line 3704 main::cpanel_parseblock('<cpanel Branding="include(index.html)">^J') called at cpanel line 3612 main::cpanel_parse('GLOB(0x9b72b08)') called at cpanel line 5121 main::run_standard_mode()" The questions: 1) what is happening? 2) is there any way to correct it without calling support each day? TCH-Thomas Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 If it´s a cpanel problem, only the help desk can say why this is happening. The only thing you can do is to have the help desk fix it for you each time it happens, until either they or the people behind cpanel comes up with a permanent fix. Quote
TCH-Alex Posted June 16, 2011 Posted June 16, 2011 We highly recommend you to post a ticket to the help desk on this kind of issues. Being said that, the issue has already been fixed, as I can see your user name on the error. Quote
imaginarynumber Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 For what it's worth I too have the same issue- I haven't contacted support yet though because I am too lazy and everything else seems to be fine. Do you still get the error ot did support fix it? Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 I had the same problem yesterday. Sorry, but only a ticket will solve it. Quote
