TotalChoice is currently seeking resume and application packets from qualified individuals for the following positions:

 

Level 1 - Technical Support Team Member

 

Our level 1 crew is directly responsible for handling our first line help inquiries, sales inquiries and live chat requests.

 

Interact with clients professionally via email, support desk, support forum, and live chat sessions providing technical problem solving assistance to promote customer satisfaction.

 

A customer service friendly attitude, good typing skills, flexible work hours, dedication and honesty are all needed characteristics of the selected individual.

 

The ideal candidate should poses a working knowledge of the following:

 

CentOS, cPanel, Apache 2.x, MySQL, Exim, SpamAssassin

Level 2 - Technical Support Team Member

 

The level 2 crew is directly responsible for many areas of system and server administration. These areas include;

 

Acknowledge, investigate and resolve or escalate alerts generated by monitoring systems.

 

Handle abuse issues such a spam, phishing and others.

 

Interact with clients professionally via email, support desk, support forum, and live chat sessions providing

technical problem solving assistance to promote customer satisfaction.

 

Handle escalated tickets from level 1 support that require higher skill set.

Level 3 - Technical Support Team / On site Data Center

 

The level 3 crew is directly responsible for all areas of system and server administration. These areas include

 

Acknowledge, investigate and resolve or escalate alerts generated by monitoring systems.

 

Interact with clients professionally via email, support desk, support forum, and live chat sessions providing

technical problem solving assistance to promote customer satisfaction.

 

Handle escalated tickets from level 2 support that require higher skill set.

 

In addition to possessing the skills of level 2 staff you should have a working knowledge of Layer 2/3 switching, Cisco IOS, A+ Certification helpful

 

Handle hardware related issues on site in our data center.

 

Ability to lift in excess of 70lbs from above head level down to floor level.
