Andrew
I've got everything set up just the way I like it, with one exception: When I first created my account for kantor.com, I used akantor as my name. But I want it to be "andrew." I can't change this, but I bet someone else can. So... help? Can someone change my world from akantor (@kantor.com) to andrew? Thanks! PS: I would go through the help desk, but can't seem to log in. It tells me to click on something in an e-mail, but I can't find it. But that's another story. rogerg
Well . . . after a week, I hope you've already got this handled, but if not . . . Just create a new mailbox named "andrew" and, from Cpanel, change the DEFAULT e-mail address for your domain to andrew@kantor.com. The other box will still exist, but, assuming you empty it out, basically nothing should ever go to it in the future and you can use andrew from here on out. Andrew
Yep -- that's what I ended up doing. I think that's the one quirk about SNH that bugs me (and it's a small one): Even though I have my own domain, I still have to choose a unique username, and there's already an "andrew" out there. <shrug> I solved it like you suggested, though!
