Website Is Down - What Does This Mean?

Recommended Posts

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I never know where to post this stuff. My website is down. This following is the message on the page. What does it mean? What do I need to do?

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@effectiveteachingsolutions.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This issue has been fixed now.

We would suggest you to post a ticket to the help desk [link on my Signature] for this type of issues in future.

Hi, I just tried my site and received the same message. I will go post a ticket now. I'm glad I checked here first.

Thanks for the help.
