surefire
I re-read the info at TCH regarding backlilnks before asking this question: Will it impact my page rank (PR) if dmoz, Yahoo, and all other backlinks reference www.mysite.com/ versus www.mysite.com In other words, is the trailing slash good, bad? Thanks.
SEO
Consistency is good… inconsistency is bad.
surefire
Would I be correct in assuming from your answer that if all backlinks are the same format, it doesn't matter whether you use the trailing slash?
SEO
No. I am recommending using one format or the other... be consistent. In other words, both are equally valued however you may see some differences if you are not consistent (e.g. backlinks to .com/ vs. .com).
