Welcome to the forum, knoxtnman. :)

I believe that PHP-Nuke was decided to be removed from Fantastico on the TCH servers due to problems with it (security reasons, but not sure).

There are other Content Management Systems available through Fantastico.

I would personally try Joomla. Lots of us here in the forum uses it.

Welcome to the forums knoxtnman :)

Sorry I've never used Drupal but if there is a module for it you would install it through the administration interface. You may need to download it from the whoever developed it and upload it to somewhere you can access through Drupal.

When a module has been installed in joomla, you should be able to configure it in modules section in the back end of your joomla installation. Also, don´t forget to publish it.

Do you have a link to the author of this paypal module and we can take a look if there are any special instructions for this specific module?
