TCH-Thomas
They should be able to help by asking other questions for verification, or is it the password for logging in to the helpdesk to respond to them you don´t have?
TCH-Alex
There is two ways to reset the cPanel password 1. Use the option "Password Reset" on cPanel page. This option will sent the new password to your cPanel contact email 2. For manual reset, Please post a ticket to help desk with the following details. a - Your full address (Inc. zip code) b - your phone number, c - the last four digits of the credit card used to purchase the hosting account Please use "Don't know" or "Unkown" on password field in the ticket. TCH-Thomas
You can always submit a ticket to the helpdesk and they can try to sort this for you or maybe even move it to an account which you have the info for. It´s worth a try. Just use N/A for the information you don´t have and they will go from there.
TCH-Bruce
Help Desk Click that link and select Submit Ticket. Do not try to log in. In the fields you don't have the information for enter N/A as Thomas says. We cannot resolve this in the forums.
