Cheryl Posted July 25, 2003 Share Posted July 25, 2003 Sometimes you have to go with the flow to get in the groove. I just moved from a very bad hosting experience and expected the same here. It was a rocky start probably because that's what I expected I have to say in the short time I've been around, I am blown away. woooot You guys *know* what you're doing and doing it pretty darn Good! I'm the type who usually will read every FAQ, documentation, help area...whatever...and sometimes I just can't find the answer. Sometimes I'm not even sure I know the question The last resort is suppose to be the helpdesk...and sometimes I get frustrated looking and get on over there...well today was one of those days and Rick was SO prompt with a reply ... and i felt a bit stupid reading it something I should have figured out...it was too easy...SO...I wanted to say thanks for putting up with us who seem to make your life harder than it should be We don't mean to! Keep asking away with those questions - you should see the ones I asked when I first arrived I soon learn't though that in this family there is no such thing as a daft question, and lots of family members around to help sort out any problem.
