jgk1013 Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 I am lazy and so I used the fantastico option to install WordPress. Because I am so lazy I would like to use Fantastico to upgrade to the version 2.3 (I'm currently running 2.2) but Fantastico isn't giving me that option? Any word on when it will or am I going to have to get less lazy? Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 When Fantastico releases the updates to include the latest version it will be on your server. It is out of the control of TCH when they will update. One of the main reasons I install Wordpress manually. It only takes 5 minutes. Quote
jgk1013 Posted November 19, 2007 Author Posted November 19, 2007 thanks for the fast response. I suppose its time to try for a manual upgrade. Quote
MikeJ Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 You should open a help desk ticket. Fantastico currently supports Wordpress 2.3.1. If you don't see that version in your Fantastico option, then that server didn't update properly. Quote
jgk1013 Posted November 19, 2007 Author Posted November 19, 2007 (edited) really? I have 4 wordpress blogs hosted on Total Choice and i'm fairly certain upgrading to 2.3 via Fantastico wasnt an option (upgrading to 2.2 was). I'll send along a ticket. Edited November 19, 2007 by jgk1013 Quote

The two offending blogs are both on the "lando" server. Quote
