Jim Yount
I've been a very happy total choice reseller user for several years. With many domains (54 at last count) we've spread them out between different providers, but always called TCH "home". With some of the other providers, I'm running into limits on sending e mail: both in size of attached files (some limit this to 10 MB!) and number of e mails per hour allowed. (Our art group has a mailing list of ~650 or so.) I've also seen limits on number of files allowed per account. I've read through the TCH terms of service, and can't find limits on e mail, other than the usual bandwidth and total file allocation limits. Did I miss something? Could you direct me to those limits, if I've missed them? If there aren't any limits, could I buy you a beer? Jim
Madmanmcp
Sorry but their are limits which are based on the total number sent in a specific amount of time. To find out these limits you will need to submit a Help Desk and ask. They do not like advertising the numbers in a public forum.

TCH-Thomas
Welcome to the forum, Jim. Bob is correct, there are no reason to provide the numbers to eventual spammers that will pick it up and therefor we do not discuss this in public so a helpdesk ticket will answer this.
