samporras Posted October 23, 2007 Share Posted October 23, 2007 good morning. i'm trying to access cpanel and keep getting a "page cannot be displayed error". i tried http://****/cpanel and http://****:2082 getting the same result on both. am i doing something wrong? i haven't had a problem accessing before. thanks in advance. TCH-Andy Posted October 23, 2007 Share Posted October 23, 2007 If you can reach your site, but not your cpanel, the most common reason is a firewall on your local machine / router. In one of my previous jobs, the IT admin blocked all traffic on port 2082, so I could never access my cPanel from my office. I no longer work there.
