Creating Dvd Movies For Television

Hi TCH'ers.

 

Need some input.

 

My daughter created a movie of pictures with windows movie maker.

 

How do I burn the movie to a dvd and make it play on the television?

 

I used winavi converter every way possible ( I think ) and then burned to dvd with

cdxp burner pro. Had no luck.

 

Anyone out there do this that can tell me what I need to do?

 

I converted to dvd, to mpeg2, etc. Failure.

 

Does the dvd disk matter, dvd-r, +r, +/- rw???
