kscearce
Within the last couple of weeks, I've been getting rejects every time I try to send email from Outlook under my monicaburns.com account. I've checked my setting in Outlook, they're exactly what they should be. I've gone into Webmail to see if there have been any changes. I did notice that it looks like my website moved from an old server as I have a contact form set up on my website and the email extension on the server sent email is different than it used to be. I don't get into the forums often so I might have easily missed an update warning and what to do to fix things. Here's an example of the email error I'm getting. Suggestions? thanks! monica
TCH-Andy
The best thing to do is open a ticket and let the techs have a look. Your server did get upgraded / moved - see Server23 Migration

Z3NiTH
Hi, I am also experiencing sudden e-mail trouble at my Z3NiTH.com domain that may be related to the issue above. I always had an forwarder info@my_domain_dot_com to my general e-mail account mycpanel-username@my_domain_dot_com. Today somehow e-mails sent to info@my_domain_dot_com are bounced stating that delivery to my mycpanel-username@my_domain_dot_com fails (permanent error)! I (temporarily) circumvented this problem by simply removing the specific forwarder. However, I would like e-mails sent to info@my_domain_dot_com to be delivered to the general e-mail account as well. Perhaps this is also related to a server migration? At this moment I cannot see my server number in Cpanel. Also the internet search page returns no server information for z3nith.com Kind regards, Z3NiTH
TCH-Thomas
Z3NiTH.com seems to be on server 374 which I don´t think it have been migrated. In cpanel, check in the forwarder section if the forwarders are still there. If not, add them again. If this still doesn´t work, please open at ticket to the helpdesk and they will look in to it. Z3NiTH
Thanks for the quick response! The forwarders seem to be all in place. The info_at_my_domain_dot_com forwarder to my_cpanel_username_at_my_domain_dot_com address has been manually removed by me in order to prevent that "mail delivery error" bounce mails are sent. I will check later whether this forwarder still gives trouble. If so, I will open a ticket. Kind regards, Z3NiTH
TCH-Bruce
I would recommend against forwarding them to your default cpanel email account. I would create an email account for info@ and check it with webmail since that's what you are doing with your default account. Then set your default account to :fail: to cut down on the amount of spam you may be receiving. Your default account was intended for the system to send you email based on errors and other such things happening with your account it wasn't intended as an email account per se. Z3NiTH
Hi Bruce, I wasn't aware of that policy/purpose for the general e-mail account. Creating an info_at_mydomain_dot_com address indeed seems a good solution, which I will arrange. Thanks, Z3NiTH
