TCH-Bruce
Maybe a little more information would help. Are you trying to access your site using your domain name or IP address? If you are using the IP address try using the domain name instead.

TCH-Don
I would ask the same question as Bruce are you trying to connect with the IP or domain name ?
TCH-Bruce
Try connecting using your domain name and make sure you set your FTP client to use Passive connections. If that fails open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to take a look. It possible your IP has been blocked due to many attempts to connect and it not connecting because of a bad user name or password.
heyguy
69.93.215.165 is server57, which was migrated to the new DC yesterday. Your new server is Ossus. You can try your domain name, or your new IP 72.13.12.29.
mysticnights
The new IP worked....thank you all for your help....much appreciated
TCH-Don
You really should use your domain name and not the IP
TCH-Carl
and make sure that you are subscribed to the thread denoting your server name, Data Centre updates, Network issues etc to get alerts of changes taking place.
