TCH-Don Posted October 22, 2006 Share Posted October 22, 2006 Depends on what you mean by manipulate if you mean with blended layers like Photoshop then Paintshop Pro or Paint.Net or Gimp Or if you just need to crop, resize, correct brightness/color and print Googles Picasa is a great program also Irfranview is worth looking at. carbonize Posted October 29, 2006 Share Posted October 29, 2006 I personally use Irfanview for quick viewing of files, resizing images, converting formats and folder browsing. For my image editing/creating I use Paint.NET as it's powerful but easy to use. I also have Gimp installed but found it complicated which is also why I don't use either Photoshop nor PaintShop Pro. Googles program is good for doing simple things like red eye removal and colour/hue/saturation adjustments but then Irfanview does these as well.
