Gani Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 SOrry i didnt know where to post this. I am considering getting a dedicated server here. 1. How can my administrators manage it. 2. How quick to set up the account. 3. Do you install custom software on behalf of clients. 4. Can i get a refund if I discover that I am unable to install my software on th server? Thanks. I will purchase immediately if i get a favorable reply Quote
TCH-Dick Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 1. How can my administrators manage it. They can access the server via cPanel and SSH 2. How quick to set up the account. This depends on client status, availability, and time to burn in. Typically 3-5 days, we do not provide instant dedicated servers. 3. Do you install custom software on behalf of clients. No, but we will assist you depending on your plan. Please review our page on Unmanaged versus Fully Managed located at http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/web-host...ed-compare.html 4. Can i get a refund if I discover that I am unable to install my software on th server? Not on a dedicated server. If this is a concern you should check the software requirements prior to purchasing.
