Mrs. Muddled
Since installing Webroot's Spy Sweeper my computer is operating differently. I posted last night under hardware problems. This morning I was reading their help section and decided to click on tech help in order to find out why my f-secure is not cooperating with Spy Sweeper and why the computer is crashing when the other user attempts to log off. As soon as I clicked on the tech help I got the big alert that IEXPLORE.EXE was trying to access the computer and did I want to allow it. I must have clicked on no a dozen times - it kept popping back up. I checked the file on Firefox. Wow! I'm not the first person who's got this. Obviously there is a great deal of controversy as to what exactly this file is. Spy Sweeper is confirming constantly that I have no spyware. The tech who checked my computer a few days ago said it is clean. I ran a search to see where on my computer IEXPLORE.EXE shows up. This is what I got - http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v239/Nan...STHISAVIRUS.jpg What should I be doing here? I feel like I'm in over my head. Edit: TCH-Bruce - converted image to link.
