Hard At Work!

I've been a busy Customer Support Director the last two days! :P


Yesterday I merged the two "pre-sales" forums into one, and re-wrote, updated and cleaned up all the pinned messages there. It might not sound like much, but belive me, it took longer than I would have thought it would take!


Today I've Gone through the FAQ and How To's forum on here, and cleaned, updated, and re-wrote through there as well. Hopefully now that both of these areas are all up to date and cleaned through they can be even more useful your everyday client out there. :lol:


Also, just because it was bugging me, I bumped up the numbers on what it takes to be a member and advanced member. Also added a new class, yes.. the average member! That just shows you that people love the forums!
