Thank You Tom!

Tom just spent almost a half an hour walking me through what I thought was a complicated mess, when it turns I was logging in incorrectly. He was kind, patient, and never once bapped me virtually over head for such a moronic mistake. If all customer service was as fabulous as Tom the world would be a better place. Thanks Tom!!

We have made some huge changes to our help desk staffing. Nothing has been announced as of yet.

What? Another major announcement to come? Will it ever stop? :)

 

Seriously, it's cool to see confirmation that changes are working, eh HG? That's one of the things that makes TCH awesome is that you guys are never content to be the best - you are always striving to be better than you are now... no matter how lame the other companies may become. That's drive and that's what makes winners!
