How Can I Make These Buttons?

Recommended Posts

Hi everybody,

I really would like to make buttons similar to the ones that appear at the top of this page (FAQ, buscar, miembros etc). How can I make them? What has been used to make them?

http://foros.guitarramania.com/index.php?f=39

Could somebody please let me know,

Thanks a lot to everybody in advance!!!

Iván.

Any graphics program should be able to create graphics like that. Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc...

That's a great deal and nicw quality too! Most icons of that type are not free.

They usually come in sets you download or get on disk for $150 - $350.

You can search google for free icons, free bullets, etc and find others that might suit your needs. Or as Bruce mentioned, any photo program can be used to make them if you have the skill.

What about simple button and symbol icons? I'm looking for stuff like the attached.

They look like simple Wingdings / Webdings type buttons, using fonts that come pre-installed on computers.

This page seems to list lots of font places. Perhaps some of them have "dings".

NOTE: I haven´t checked all of those links but some I have visited before.

One other that I personally use very often is

http://simplythebest.net/fonts/

Not sure it have any dings but worth checking out when needing new fonts.
