cinderzilla 0
First of all I'm having the problem again of not getting notified of comments via email. I seriously think its a server issue? But not positive there. I had the problem a few weeks ago and it seemed like it cleared itself up on its own. Now I'm having the same problem. My next problem has to do with pages in wordpress (version 2.02) I'm getting this error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')' in /home/simplyc2/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/silentbabble/page.php on line 5 I have no idea what that means. Any help is greatly appreciated.
cajunman4life 0
Basically in the file given (page.php) on line 5, PHP found a ")" where it shouldn't have. This doesn't just happen on its own. Did you recently change your theme? You may want to view the source of that page, and double-check line 5 and find the culprit (in this case, an extra ")") and get rid of it. cinderzilla 0
Thanks for the help. I just couldnt get what that meant and went back in and looked and now that problem is fixed. Many thanks to you. Now if I can get the email issue solved things would be back to normal
TCH-Bruce 16
I'm viewing your site. Where do you get the error? As Aaron has pointed out you are getting the error in your page.php file of your theme. There is an extra parnthesis where there shouldn't be. As for your email PM me what email address you are using in your blog. I've had this problem before but it's cleared up.
