I got this program installed on my computer, could not delete it, so I ended up renaming it to winkzr32.dll.vir, it is a backdoor program. is there a way to remove it? I found only one link for the file,

Jayson, is this new or something left over from your last escapade? If its new I would suggest you start being a little more careful and stop visiting the places you should not be visiting. These trojans and backdoors are nothing to play with and sooner than later you will end up having to have someone fix it and pay them some serious money.

I believe that you will need to do your scanning in safe mode Jayson, it makes it easier to remove.

As for renaming it, something else keeps putting it there so I suggest booting into safe mode and scanning with several different bits of software

Sometimes you need to boot into safe mode and run the program to remove these things. When you are normally in windows these files are "busy" because they are running when you boot up. When you run in safe mode only the necessary windows files are loaded and these other files are not so they are easily deleted.
