If you can't deduce their meaning, just click on the words--which are links--and you will see a new window containing their definitions. I am aware that using neologisms is unusual, but there is really no practical difference between that and simply using some of the more obscure words in the dictionary. Either way, if you are to respond to an unfamiliar term, you will need to look it up somewhere before you can make an educated reply.
