nhlee
I am trying to find out what design programs TCH supports. I have always used CuteSite Builder but have just designed a new site with Web Easy Professional 6. For some reason I am having trouble publishing my site. Where can I find information on the programs supported by TCH? Thank you, Lee
TCH-Don
Hi Lee, It should not matter what web site program you use on your computer. Did you set up the publish settings the same way you did in CuteSite Bulider or like in an FTP program don't forget the remote folder where your files go is the public_html folder or for WebEasy it's called initial remote folder in the Remote Access" page of the Connection Profile screen. so put public_html in the Inital Remote Acess field

Yes, I did set up initial remote folder to public_html and I set up everything else the same as I did for CSB but nothing happens and I get the following message: THE LAST MESSAGE FROM THE SERVER IS User xxxxxx has group access to: xxxxxxx OK. Current restricted directory is / Do you have any idea what that means? Thanks again, Lee
TCH-Don
I installed the trial version When you get to that message box its telling you it has connected, click on the close button and continue from there. Interesting program, but inefficient. It republishes all pages and images every time you make a change. You would be better to preview to a folder and then use an FTP program to upload your changes. (when trying to publish for a third time the program hung up and quit on me (off to remove it)
