JohnYbarra 0
Recently my webmaster left and didnt supply me with any info on how to login to edit my website, no password or username. I cannot even put in a support ticket because i cant reach the admin section of my site. So i guess i need to reset my password/username or get a hold of TCH somehow by phone and talk to them. I appreciate any help i can get on this topic. Thanks
GroovyFish 0
Hi John, You will need to enter a Help Desk ticket. There is a link at the top of this page. When you see enter login and password, just enter N/A. I believe that you will need to show proof of ownership by providing them with either the whole (or part of the) credit card number that the account was set up with. Support will let you know. TCH-Andy 1
Welcome to the forums When submitting the ticket, just put "unknown" or something similar in where it asks for your username / password.
