Postcard Script Error

I am getting the follow error when I try to activate my Postcard Script:

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@hungryhoundbakery.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

 

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any idea what is wrong. Not sure what information you need. I have doubale checked all my settings. Chmod is 775.

Can you provide a link to the postcard script you are using (as far as I am aware there are several available, and I'm not sure which one you are using).

 

If you look in your error log (in Cpanel) what is the name of the file that is not found?

It comes with two scripts...

 

card.cgi: script#1

 

program.cgi: script #2

Why would I cahnge from .htm to .shtm?

 

.shtm tells the server that there will be server side includes (code) that needs to be parsed by the server before html is generated and sent over the web.

 

I have no idea if this is the solution for your problems or not... but I thought I'd chime in with an answer to your question on shtml.
