Ello everybody ive got a problem

I used to get these when my bandwidth was getting critical and i used to make some changes so we wouldnt hit it

Ive found my website offline due to bandwidth issues but no emails about it ever reaching 80%

there has been no changes on my part or can i get into the control panel to check bandwidth usage

What are my options and a solution to my emails not being sent

The email will be sent to what ever you have defined as the default address in cpanel. This email address should not be an address associated with your domain. Use your ISP email account or GMail or MSN or anything else but your domain account.

I've had cases where the warning letters got filed in Gmail's spam box, so even if you've received them in your inbox before you might want to double check and make sure they aren't ending up in spam or junk folders now.
