TCH-Thomas Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 Hello, I think the best you can do is to open a ticket to the help desk about this. Also, make sure that contact address in cpanel is set to a non-TCH domain. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 The email will be sent to what ever you have defined as the default address in cpanel. This email address should not be an address associated with your domain. Use your ISP email account or GMail or MSN or anything else but your domain account. Quote
owatagal Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 I've had cases where the warning letters got filed in Gmail's spam box, so even if you've received them in your inbox before you might want to double check and make sure they aren't ending up in spam or junk folders now. Quote
