Cpanel "unactivated License File Error"

Recommended Posts

Getting that error when any of my users try to login to their cpanel control panels. I tried to submit a trouble ticket through the heldesk, but when I hit Submit in the helpdesk, it said the license file was missing from the admin directory. (I'm on a dedicated machine - basilisk.)

 You must have submitted at the very moment I updated the key.

The license fille problem is an easy fix. I'll get that taken care of for you now.

Having trouble posting reply so heres an update:

cPanels should be working fine now.

If you still have a problem just open a ticket.
