trefilov22
Any ideas on how to get a link to open in a seperate browser window? I don't want this to happen with all links, just some. Can someone explain how to do this? Thanks!
jnull
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.longviewnet.com">link</a> will do it! Note the target="_blank" just after the <a...
TCH-Bruce
Interesting. That's the first time I have ever seen the target before the href.
TweezerMan
Interesting. That's the first time I have ever seen the target before the href. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The order of attributes within an HTML tag doesn't matter - the 'target' attribute can be before or after the 'href' attribute. I usually put the 'href' attribute first, because that's the most important one I want to see first when I'm looking at the raw HTML. jnull
Ditto TCH-David regarding where attribute is... I like to see it first myself.
TCH-Bruce
Yes, I knew it could be anywhere and parsed correctly. That's just the first time I've ever seen anyone type it in that order.
