Billing Department

I was just wondering why the billing department is only open for three hours per day during business days.

 

I find it very inconvenient, especially since I have a business to run.

To be honest, nabreu, I'd be careful about how I asked that kind of question. You don't want to look like you're biting the hand that feeds you, if you know what I mean. :D

 

I dunno, but vague/veiled accusations against the billing department might be considered by some to be in bad form. If you have a specific concern, you might want to PM someone on staff. They usually seem more than willing to help people who make an effort to be nice. I'm sure the Head Guru would be nice about helping -- but you don't help your case by making them angry with you before you ask for help, if you know what I mean.

 

Don't forget, there are *people* on the other end---people, who in my opinion, are working hard and doing a good job.

First welcome , I did not notice your post until now but I do want to point out that our BILLING hours are 10-4 EST M - F

the post you may have seen is incorrect and has been updated to show the correct hours

Also if you searched our forums you would also have seen

Also on our Home page listed under the Contact us area

it states our Billing contact information as well as hours of operations

Billing Department

10AM - 4PM EST Monday - Friday

1-(810)245-6820

If you can not reach us during these hours, please leave a message

and we will return your call.

 

If you have a Billing issue that needs attention we do monitor our Billing Support desk 7 days a week.

Please post a ticket with our Support Desk at

address it to the Billing Department and I am sure that you will receive a response in a timely manner

No offense intended, I assure you all. I spoke with a tech rep on the live chat and he was the one who gave me the hours.
