Blocking Ip's By Country

Is there any way to block IP's by country? We have had several problems with our forum skins being ripped and are seeing a spike in traffic from over seas locations (no offense). Is there an effective way to block every non-US IP in cpanel?

Yes it does come in handy,All but one of my pprograms have a blocking feature in the admin section now I can block them from the other program!!!!!!!
