Well, I've already pestered tech support with an unfounded worry, and I had an answer within minutes, plus I wasn't made to feel like an idiot! B)

I definitely made the right choice!

Thanks for the welcome, everyone...

You call that pestering? That's what we're here for. This forum is a good place for support as well. We try to give you choices (hmmm....sounds familiar to me.)

Welcome, again.

Well, I'm still having problems, but it's not TCH's fault! Seems my ISP (Comcast - grrrrr) hasn't updated their DNS servers, or at least, not completely! If I go to http://2multiples.com, I see the site hosted by TCH. If I go to http://www.2multiples.com I see the site hosted on my old host (rackshack.net). How can I tell the difference? There's a big yellow box on the top of the page on the old host; I removed it on the new host. Also, mail to "xxxx@2multiples.com" goes to the old host's mail server rather than TCH's.

As I say - it's not TCH's fault.... it's just frustrating having to wait for my own ISP to get around to updating the DNS servers! :)

But I'm very happy with TCH! :D

What OS are you running? If you are running Win XP or 2000 you might also try running ipconfig /flushdns from the command line to flush your local machine dns cache. I still suspect it is your ISP's cache (seems most users with this problem are on Comcast) but it won't hurt to try it.
