Guest Amoraq Posted April 26, 2003 Posted April 26, 2003 Hi all, I'm thinking about getting an account with TCH but I was wondering if I can get php-Nuke or PostNuke installed because it doesn't seem to come with the plan. Quote
TCH-Rick Posted April 26, 2003 Posted April 26, 2003 You can run php-Nuke or Post-Nuke on your TCH account. I believe the newer servers have it available in the cPanel as an install option. I have installed both on my account to play with in the past and several other users on the board can help you if you need to install it as well. Search the board for nuke and you can find several threads concerning this topic. Quote
chuckmalani Posted April 26, 2003 Posted April 26, 2003 bill- are all servers going to have phpNuke installed? i'm on 12, and i don't see it in the cPanel... of course, i could be looking in the wrong place. thanks, Chuck Quote
TCH-Sales Posted April 26, 2003 Posted April 26, 2003 As soon as we can get to it, we'll continue the installation of it on the rest of the servers. Quote
leezard Posted April 26, 2003 Posted April 26, 2003 just fyi, the phpnuke install from the cpanel is EASY!!! I had already uploaded and configured phpnuke before i saw that it was included in the cpanel....coulda saved myself a lot of time. Only thing i didnt like about the included phpnuke is it uses splatt forums instead of phpbb, BUT phpbb is also included in the cpanel Quote
TCH-Sales Posted April 26, 2003 Posted April 26, 2003 Hey you could always install e107! It's a pretty nice substitute for php-nuke, and it's easy as hell to install! e107's website Bill will be happy to see me spreading the good word about e107! Quote
