jsull
I haven't updated anything on my MT site for over a month, but I'm running into some issues. I'm getting an 500 error every time I try to upload a picture. This is a real problem for the site I'm using it on. Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. So I go to the error log and find this. [sat Feb 12 11:56:46 2005] [error] [client IP ADDRESS] Premature end of script headers: /home/SITEUSERNAME/public_html/cgi-bin/mt/mt.cgi Anybody run into something like this before? EDIT: Here's the weird thing. I have two sites with TCH. One this is happening on, the other, it's not. Any suggestions on files I can/should move over from the one that it's working to the one that it's not?
TCH-Bruce
Don't know the answer to your question. I would recommend updating your MT installation to something newer than 2.661 though. Moving for organization for better exposure.
Head Guru
You need to upgrade your MT installation. Many security issues with older version.
Head Guru
PS: If you can not afford to purchase the new MT, than move to a FREE open source product. Bill
arvind
Free Opensource alternatives include WordPress http://www.wordpress.org and although its not open source, pMachine has recently become free http://www.pmachine.com/ However, if you have only three blogs and one author you can upgrade to the fully functional, feature full MT 3.x free! jsull
I have one author, and one blog, and I don't actually use it as blog format. My mother-in-law is a real estate agent, and I use it to put listings on her site for her. So I'm unsure where that qualifies.
arvind
Hmm that may actually fall under a commercial license which is a pain but I would suggest contacting the Six Apart folks to confirm it.
