Ok, I need an email form that is easy to set up and I don't have to go through another site. I want it running off my domain.

Something like what The site Fights has it looks like this in their source: http://www.thesitefights.com/cgi-bin/FormMail.pl

Where can I get that, with like elementary directions on how to set it up?

Have you checked out the Ultimate Form Mail at: http://www.surefirewebdesign.com/scripts/ ?

I haven´t used it myself, but I believe its a popular form around the forum members so any "How to´s" should be pretty easily answered + that they have a forum themselves.

I second Thomas' post on Ultimate Form Mail. You can customize it as little or as much as you want to. Plus they have a forum that you can post questions to and receive assistance almost as fast as on TCH! I use it on my site and have not had any problems with the script itself. (Note: The problems I did have were self inflicted! )
