DaemonLee
Basically, can you cap off a certain amount of space? For instance. User A can only have 10mb on my server. User B can only have unlimted amount. User (God) has full access amount.
TCH-Don
No, there is no way to limit an ftp user to how much space they can use.

Because, I do offer my FTP for multiple purposes.
TCH-Thomas
I can not say it will or not but you can always make your wish here.
TCH-Dick
Would that possibly be a future feature? Because, I do offer my FTP for multiple purposes. This has been discussed before and I would have to say No this will not be a future feature. The reason being, that features like this are controlled by cPanel. If this is something you would like to see added to cPanel then you can make the request at cPanel Bugzilla. note: enter feature requests as enhancements to the system. Until then check out HotScripts.com, as there are scripts that you can use for what you need. Ok, I lied. I have not created a ftp account in a long time so I checked my cPanel. It appears that there is already a quota feature there now. Just look under Add FTP Account and set the Login Password Quota (in megs) Directory
TCH-Dick
If you do not have this option in your cPanel then put in a ticket to the Help Desk.
TCH-Don
Thanks Dick, I too have not created an ftp account in a while. Its nice to see that the folks at cpanel are listening.
TCH-Rick
I would caution that the feature is pretty new and I'm not sure it is working correctly. One person I know enabled the quotas but it is not working for them. I am watching the CPanel forums to see if there are any bug reports on it.
