tmnt99au
A newbie webmaster would like to seek help from the experts I have two domain names: xxx.com and xxx.org. When I registered with *****, I asked them to setup my URL as xxx.org. I am sure it is possible to set things up in such a way that when user type xxx.com and xxx.org, it both goes to the same page. My confusion is what should do what: (1) I have to point both xxx.com and xxx.com to the Primary and Secondary name server in *****? (2) I have to ask ***** to set something so that both xxx.com and xxx.org points to the same page? (3) my homepage itself: should I code it as xxx.com or xxx.org? Head Guru
Hi We can point two domains to your account without any issues. Yes you would need to submit a help desk ticket to do this. I like .com but
tmnt99au
Thanks. should I do (1) first or do (2) first or it does not matter?
realeyz
I have to do this same thing and I submitted a help desk ticket for it but I have a complaint: I had to create and additional account to post on this board from my web hosting account and then I had to create a third account for the help desk ticket submission. Isnt this a bit redundant? If I have to fill out one more form with my name PW etc etc I am gonna pull my hair out. Thanx - todd
