gdable Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 I've just registered my domain and went here to purchase a hosting plan. when I completed my order form, it said that my credit card number was incorrect. the thing is that I cannot complete the form again - it keeps saying 'domain already here' or something like that. probably because of this non-completed form. how should I proceed? can someone reset this order? i tried to place a ticket at the help desk but since I don't have a Cpanel name, I wasn't allowed. help! TCH-Thomas Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 This happens occasionally, I cant find the solution for the moment, but as for the problem with ticket, please enter "unknown" for the password etc that you currently dont have and they will help you. Quote
ThumpAZ Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 What Thomas said about entering "unknown" in those fields is correct. The staff there will get right on it and get you squared away. Just remember to keep an eye on the email box you provide to them. If you don't see anything real soon, check the SPAM folders for that email, as sometimes responses from the support line or even the registration information fall in there. Quote
