Upgrade

Hi all :(

 

I'm thinking about upgrading my package with TCH to the Deluxe Plan, I'm just wondering whats the procedure for this? Do I tell the Help Desk Billing / Customer Services or Sales department?

 

And would the difference of my upgrade fee be added on top of my bill for the year? (I have a yearly contract by the way)
